About Marjorie Fernandez

I was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Southwest Florida, where I developed a strong foundation in both English and Spanish, thanks to my Hispanic upbringing. My professional journey in the housing industry began 15 years ago, managing multifamily apartment buildings. This experience honed my skills in property management and customer relations.

I then transitioned into selling mobile homes, dedicating another five years to this segment of the market. With the encouragement of a remarkable mentor, I pursued my real estate license and became a licensed real estate agent in Florida.

Family values have always been central to my life, as I grew up in a large family and now proudly raise four boys of my own. They inspire me to embrace the outdoor lifestyle that Florida has to offer.

Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to build lasting relationships with clients, whether in apartment management or mobile home sales. My passion for the housing industry drives me to connect customers with the right home, be it an apartment, mobile home, or single-family residence.
